• Prior seizures

• History of HTN

• Intraparenchymal hemorrhage

• Infarction

• Middle cerebral artery aneurysm

• Thickness of aSAH clot

• Rebleeding

• Poor neurological grade

• Intervention: endovascular coiling associated with a lower risk of seizure compared to open craniotomy for clipping
